This blog is really a journal of my journey into the world of art.
I have no formal art training and have not done much more than doodle since I was a kid. But I am learning that art is an important aspect that has been missing from my life.

Tonal Study
I have been following along with the free watercolor class from PaintBasket TV. The class is live every Sunday, but they had some technical issues last week, so I have been downloading the class and working from that.

Wow! This is amazing! You have just enough detail for form and just the right mix of light and dark for atmosphere.
Nice start! Thanks for sharing the free class. Always fun to try a few out. Watercolors are a tricky beast aren't they.
