30 Days of Drawing #1

YAY!!  Blogger seems to be working again, though now BlogPress on my iPad is not.  Ah, technology.

I do wish that these Gelly Roll StarDust pens scanned better, they are very, very glittery. (hmm, is glittery a word?).

Anyway Traci Bunkers is doing 30 Days of Drawing over on her blog, so I thought that I would join in, especially since Art Every Day Month was a total failure.

Challenge #15: Love your Curves, Baby.

This week's challenge was, well, challenging.
Here are the results.

Although in all honesty...

I am not completely satisfied with any of them.

Challenge #13: Non-Dominatrix*

photo.JPG, originally uploaded by O-kami.
The challenge was to tangle with your non dominant hand. This was very difficult as I am most definitely right handed and not at all ambidexterous.

Zentangle Your Name

Linda Farmer over at lindafarmer.com issued a challenge to Zentangle your name.

Here is my result for Okami:

I admit to breaking a rule or two - the rules were that it needed to be contained in a Zentangle tile format, but I plan to send this as part of my MailArt365 project so it is 4.5" x 6". Also, you are supposed to use "official" Zentangle patterns.  But there is no official pattern which starts with "I".

So I used the following patterns:

"O"nomato
"K"eeko
"A"HH
"M"sst
"I"napod

I'll do another for my real name, Julie, and use the tile format.
